PHILIPPINES: More than 70 killed in Philippine floods
MANILA Sunday, September 27, 2009 (IRIN) – At least 70 people died and more than 270,000 were driven from their homes in the wake of Tropical Storm Ketsana, according to the country’s National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC).
