Nuclear, humanitarian issues top Ban's talks with DPR Korea official
Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon reiterated his hope that the nuclear and other outstanding issues faced by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) will be resolved through dialogue, as he met on Sunday with a top official from Pyongyang.
